Today's practice seemed to be tough...Motivation was down and frustration started to kick in. One frustration starts to settle in it seems like the girls start to quit trying and get upset. I came across this quote today when I was researching for this weeks words of inspiration and I thought it fit not only in sports and practices but also in life."You are never a loser until you quit trying."
